Privacy policy
This page explains, in plain language, what personal information this website collects, why, and how you can see or delete it. It follows Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Who we are
N² Creations is a design, web development and search-visibility studio based in Winnipeg, Manitoba. We are responsible for the personal information described here. Our privacy contact is Naman Verma, who can be reached at naman@n2creations.com.
What we collect
When you use the consultation form, we collect what you type in:
- your name and business name
- your email address
- your phone number and website address, if you choose to give them
- the services you tick and your message
We also record the date and time of your request and a one-way, scrambled code made from your internet (IP) address. That code lets us limit how many requests can come from one connection, which keeps out spam. We cannot turn it back into your IP address.
If you email or phone us, we keep the email or a note of the call so we can respond.
Why we collect it
We use your information only to reply to you, prepare and deliver your free consultation, and, if you decide to work with us, to provide our services. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
Spam protection and analytics
The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person, not a bot, is sending it. To do this, Turnstile looks at technical information from your browser. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and measure page speed. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites and does not identify you personally. This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Where it is stored
The website and form run on Cloudflare’s network, and form submissions are stored in a Cloudflare database. Cloudflare may process and store this information on servers outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be accessible to authorities under local law. We protect it with access controls and encrypted connections.
How long we keep it
If you do not become a client, we delete your request within 24 months of our last contact. If you become a client, we keep the information we need for as long as we work together and as required for tax and business records.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also withdraw your consent for us to use it. Email naman@n2creations.com with the subject “Privacy request.” We will respond within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
